1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers of Wandering Leaf Co. ("we," "us," "our"), operating out of British Columbia, Canada. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products All teas and botanical sugars are food-grade, consumable products. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to natural ingredients and screen differences.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments.

4. Orders & Fulfillment We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will be notified if your order cannot be fulfilled and issued a full refund.

5. Shipping Orders are shipped to Canadian addresses. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds As consumable food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless items arrive damaged or incorrect. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including product names, descriptions, photos, and branding — is the property of Wandering Leaf Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Wandering Leaf Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
