At Wandering Leaf Co., we want every cup to be an experience you love. Because our teas and botanical sugars are consumable, food-grade products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, we stand behind the quality of everything we craft. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we're here to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopwanderingleaf@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging

We will review your request and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at shopwanderingleaf@gmail.com.
